Placed my order and thought everything would be good as usual. A week later, no labels. Called in and was told they would call manufacturer because they were shipping direct and they would call me back in 5 minutes. Well, six hours later, I start calling. No answer. I called about 15 times, no answer. Voicemail. Finally, I called and got the same guy and he told me that it had shipped and would email me the tracking number. He did, but the tracking number was invalid, did not exist. I emailed back a screenshot of FedEx showing invalid. He said he would call and verify. He emailed me back and said that it was correct and the item was lost and they would re-ship it to me. Finally, after two weeks, we received our labels. We have ordered from Uniquepos in the past with no problems. This will be our last.
