Tried to return the goods, and got no response	April 8, 2015

I tried multiple phone calls and emails to get these items returned, and instead of a response I get nothing. Finally I speak to someone thru the chat system and I am told that I cannot return these items because it has been longer than 10 days. HORRIBLE customer service!
