VERY POOR CUSTOMER SVC & COMMUNICATION	October 15, 2014

I ordered a badge maker on Sept. 30th and didn't receive it until Oct. 13th. I had called Customer Service numerous times and only spoke with someone once out of all my attempts to reach someone. After asking to cancel my order, a rep called me back and had advised the badge maker was on back order and would deliver that Thursday. Thursday came and I still hadn't received a tracking #. The next day, Friday I FINALLY received a tracking # and received product the following Monday.

The pricing is reasonable, but the lack of communication and customer service I did not like. I will not use Uniquepos again.
