Slow order processing	July 18, 2016

I placed the order on 7/1. By 7/8, I checked on the status and it had not been processed yet. When I called customer service, I was told that I need to send them a copy of my PO (I ordered it using a PO which is permitted on the website). After sending the PO I was requested to order using a credit card. Then I was requested via email for the CVV code even though I put it on the website order. Finally on Monday 7/11 the order shipped and I received it on Tuesday 7/12. Moral of the story... use credit card when ordering and don't use a PO. Product is exactly what I ordered.
