The order for a simple power adapter took over 2 weeks to ship. That was only after 2 emails and a phone call. Now I find it's the wrong item (not their fault) but I can't return it because there is a restocking fee who's minimum is the about as much as I paid. I should have read the FAQ I guess. I can handle a 20% restocking fee, but minimum $30 is excessive for a power adapter.
